Leadership Coaching Programs

Individual, one-on-one support for leaders

Are you interested in Leadership Coaching?

Our experience suggests that the majority of leaders are not provided with the support they need to become more self-aware, skilled and emotionally intelligent leaders and communicators.

These skills are absolutely fundamental for great leadership. After all, leadership involves navigating a whole range of important relationships and conversations with other people. To succeed, you really need to be good at the ‘people’ stuff.

The problem for many leaders we work with is that this is often the trickiest part! They know their stuff from a technical perspective, but are less confident when it comes to managing stakeholders, peers, and team members.

Leadership Coaching Programs

Our founder Leisa Molloy (a registered and Masters qualified psychologist), loves working with leaders who are motivated to grow their skills, confidence and effectiveness in these areas.

In working with Leisa you get the benefit of her 17+ years of experience in organisational psychology, coaching, leadership development and behavioural change. She also brings a lot of evidence-based practices and insights from the fields of neuroscience, social psychology, and behavioural science.

Leisa’s coaching programs are ideal for leaders who want to…

  • Demonstrate a high level of self-awareness and emotional intelligence

  • Understand the impact of their own actions and behaviours

  • Clearly communicate their purpose and intentions

  • Quickly address misunderstandings or conflict

  • Encourage open and constructive dialogue

  • Genuinely listen, making others feel ‘heard’ & understood

  • Help others feel comfortable sharing their ideas & concerns

  • Effectively navigate ‘difficult’ or challenging conversations

  • Better understand what makes other people ‘tick’

  • Interact with others in a way that ‘gets the best’ from them

Through all of the above, the ultimate aim of coaching is to help individuals become the kind of leader who builds trust, clarity, connection, understanding & constructive, mutually beneficial relationships.

We think we listen, but rarely do we listen with real understanding, true empathy. Yet listening, of this very potent kind, is one of the most potent forces of change I know.
